Our laminator is situated next to the public computer in the foyer and can be used to laminate both A4 and A3 sheets.
You can bring your own plastic laminating pouches, or some are available from the Centre Manager.
Cost of laminates
Charities or not for profit organisations – 45p for A4 and 55p for A3
Commercial or statutory bodies – 80p for A4 and £1.20 for A3
Tip for laminating posters
If your posters will be pinned up outside, rain can seep through pin holes into the paper below and spread. So instead:
- cut the 4 corners off the poster first (this is where you’ll put the pins)
- then laminate
- make sure any pins go into the plastic only area
