In 2010 the Old School Trustees decided to form a Company Limited by Guarantee on the advice of funders. A new set of article were drawn up and at our AGM in February 2011 we held the necessary consultation with our members and the Company was registered on 6th April 2011.
It became financially active on 1st September 2012. As is necessary we then formed a new charity and transferred the assets to the new body which is called South Brent Old School Community Centre Limited.
The registered office is at the Old School Centre, Totnes Road, South Brent, Devon TQ10 9BP.
As you may be aware, on 25th May 2018 all organisations, including small charities such as South Brent Old School Community Centre, are required to comply with the General Data Projection Regulations (GDPR) or risk fines.
